“ Spent the afternoon in Winter Garden and got lunch at BurgerFi and the food was soo good! But even better than the food was the service!! The girl at the front, Jahnesa, was so friendly and greeted us with the biggest smile and positive attitude! Once we got our food, we all mentioned how refreshing it was to have a friendly face take our order rather than the unfortunately common “not so friendly” greetings I’ve gotten at a lot of other places. Jahnesa proceeded to check on us at our table multiple times after bringing us our food. It was truly a pleasurable experience and we will definitely be back! ”

“ I stopped at BurgerFi today for lunch and had a great experience from being greeted and being asked if everything was great at my table. The Burger Bowl was amazing and my husband loved the CEO, but there was one encounter from another customer that made me want to step in to check on the lady working upfront. One of the guest were upset about their order and the lady working upfront was trying to resolve the issue but the guy was raising his voice which is not the correct way to go about it. I do plan on coming back because of the great customer service which is not too common in fast food places. ”
